CHILD CARE SITE DIRECTOR
Full-time Site Directors needed for Before and After School Programs. Looking for individuals with the ability to manage staff and insure the well-being of the students. Must have knowledge of budgets, lesson plans and light bookkeeping, along with excellent communication & computer skills. Must be 21 and have CDA or CDA equivalency, MODS, Director Credentials, CPR and First Aid. Schedule M-F, 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Salary $23,660 with full benefit package including health insurance, paid time off, YMCA membership, child care & employer-paid retirement plan. Clear criminal background history and drug test required.

SENIOR PROGRAM DIRECTOR – SCHOOL AGE PROGRAMS
Immediate opportunity for individual to monitor and supervise school based before and after school programs. Works closely with Pinellas County License Board, Coordinated Child Care and Pinellas County School Board. It is the Sr. Program Director’s responsibility to monitor and supervise the federal after school snack program. Sr. Program Director must be available for parents, staff and Executive Director. Must also visit sites, attend meetings, committees and special events. Must be 21 years of age with BS/BA preferred, and a minimum of six early childhood credits. Must also have a CDA or CDA equivalent, Director Credential and a minimum of 3 years experience as a Child Care Director. We require a demonstrated ability to build relationships, multi-task, keep records and resolve conflict. Working knowledge of PCLB, CCC and PCSB a plus. Must have computer knowledge, organizational skills, communication skills (verbal & written) & management experience.
